From I-5 Northbound
Take exit 194B for OR-126 W / W 11th Ave toward Florence. Continue west, then turn right onto W 6th Ave. Our facility is approximately 1 mile ahead on the right. Total drive time from I-5: about 5 minutes.
From I-5 Southbound
Take exit 195 for Beltline Rd. Head west on Beltline to Delta Hwy South, then continue to W 6th Ave heading west. Our yard is on the right approximately 0.5 miles past the intersection. Look for stacked pallets on the south side.
Truck Access
Our facility has full semi-truck access with a large paved lot for easy turnaround. Dock doors and drive-in loading are available. Forklift service is on-site for loading and unloading. Please check in at the office upon arrival.

Emergency Orders
For urgent pallet needs that cannot wait until the next business day, email us at info@palletswestcoast.comwith "URGENT" in the subject line. Urgent emails are monitored outside business hours and will receive a response within 4 hours during waking hours (6 AM - 10 PM Pacific).
What qualifies as an emergency? Production line shutdowns due to pallet shortages, export shipments with imminent sailing dates, urgent replacement of failed pallets, and time-critical orders from your customers that depend on pallet availability.
We maintain a reserve inventory of standard 48x40 pallets in Grades A, B, and C specifically for emergency fulfillment. Same-day pickup is available from our Eugene facility for most emergencies. Rush delivery fees may apply for after-hours or weekend service.

Preferred Customers with annual agreements receive a dedicated account manager contact number for after-hours emergencies. This direct line ensures the fastest possible response for our committed partners.

- 1. Follow OR-126 East into Eugene. The highway becomes W 11th Avenue.
