Who we are
Pallets West Coast is a referral service. We pass pallet quote requests from businesses and individuals to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare and send the quotes. We do not run a pallet yard, a warehouse or a delivery fleet ourselves.
What the quote form collects
When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter:
- Your first and last name, email address and phone number
- Your company name, if you provide it
- Your ZIP or postal code, city and state or province
- The quantity, product type, service and grade you are asking about, and any message you write
How we use it
We use this information only to handle your request. The form sends it to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers handle your information under their own privacy practices.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.
Retention
Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and keep reasonable business records, and are then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted, and you can ask partner suppliers to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
Contact
To make a privacy request, use the contact form and say that your message is a privacy request.
